At The Safety Advocate, our mission is to provide high-quality, hands-on CPR, AED and First Aid Training to help you save lives. We believe training must be relatable because people learn best when they can connect the skills to real-life situations they may face. Training must be comprehensive so participants leave with confidence to act in a wide range of emergencies, not just the most common ones.
Making training fun keeps participants attentive and reduces the stress often associated with life-or-death scenarios. Enthusiasm from the instructor is essential because it inspires learners to engage deeply and remember the material when it matters most. Relatable examples and interactive practice ensure that learners see themselves as capable responders, not passive bystanders.
Training should also be reteachable, empowering participants to share knowledge with coworkers, family, and friends, multiplying the impact across communities. When people enjoy the learning process, they are more likely to retain critical steps and recall them under pressure.
The Safety Advocate provides a comprehensive, enthusiastic approach that builds both skill and confidence, which are equally vital in emergencies. Ultimately, CPR, AED, and First Aid training saves lives only when it is taught in a way that people can understand, remember, and pass on to others.

Karen,
Last night during a cooking class at my church, one of the 5th grade girls started choking on large piece of chesse and could not catch her breath.
I went into action and administered CPR by giving her three solid upper back blows which dislodged the cheese, allowing her to breathe.
Everyone in the class of 18 people were stunned because I knew CPR!
Thank you, Karen!
Your training was invaluable and helped to save a life!
